My Wellness Journey
Hi, I’m Tania — a mom, grandmother of seven, and someone who’s been on a long personal journey with wellness. I’m not a doctor or professional, just a woman living through perimenopause, hormone imbalances, low iron, anxiety, and panic attacks. I created Wellness My Way to share what’s helped me — not as an expert, but as someone who knows what it’s like to feel lost, tired, or overwhelmed. I don’t know everything (especially about blogs or websites!), but I’m learning as I go, and I want to bring others along for the journey. Here, you’ll find simple tips, personal experiences, and honest thoughts about wellness, healing, and learning to listen to your body again. This is a space for real life, not perfection — just support, growth, and doing things your way.

From Pause to Progress
Growth for me hasn’t been a straight line. It’s been slow, messy at times, and full of small steps forward after many steps back. I’m learning to see progress in the tiny changes — choosing rest, asking for help, or simply getting through a hard day. My hope is that as I grow, you’ll feel encouraged to grow in your own way too, without pressure or perfection.
Embracing Change
Change used to feel scary and uncomfortable for me. But over time, I’ve learned that small, gentle changes can create big shifts in how we feel day to day. Instead of trying to “fix” everything at once, I focus on one choice, one habit, or one mindset at a time. Embracing change, step by step, is how I’m creating a life that feels calmer, kinder, and more aligned with who I truly am.
